Q: Help! When I try to view a pdf document in my iLearn courses, all I see is the first page!
A: Safari does not work well in showing certain pdf's viewed online. But there is a solution. Instructors: as a best practice for PDF's, after uploading into your course, click on the "update settings" icon (looks like a wrench), and click on Appearance, and change the Display from "Automatic" to "Force download" and save. Then everyone will be able to view the pdf documents correctly.
Students: Use Firefox as your main browser in iLearn. Or if you cannot use Firefox, the second best browser choice is Chrome.
