You can watch a nice introductory video and other how-to's by clicking on the iLearn for Students tab, under the Help menu located at the top of every iLearn page. Also, for one-on-one help, make an appointment with the Collaborative Learning Center where you can get help on a variety of subjects, including iLearn, word processing, writing, math, etc. https://csumb.edu/clc
Students - Not seeing your courses?
Your courses will be visible after your instructor opens them for student view. You may see other courses in your dashboard, but you will not be able to access them unless you are enrolled in those courses. If you do not see your courses by Monday August 22nd, please contact your instructors.
Professors -Rollover Your iLearn Courses
Need materials from a prior iLearn course to be rolled over to the new semester? You can now do it yourself. Go into your new course, and click on Administration>Course administration>Import. Contact the iLearn office, 582-4648 if you need help...or use this request form if you would like us to do it for you. https://goo.gl/Sf3AVL
Remember to make your courses visible to your students! CourseAdministration>Edit Settings>Visibility: "Show"

DON'T LOSE YOUR WORK!!!
Making major updates to your course? Be proactive and BACKUP prior to making those changes... just in case :/
Go to Administration>Backup... leave everything checked as you see it, scroll down to the bottom of the page, and click Jump to final step.
The backup file will appear in your User private backup area under Administration>Restore
